Somewhere in the Rain, Taipei

A moment after the rain, when everything feels quieter. The streets are still wet, lights stretching into the distance, as if the city keeps moving, while something inside has come to a stop. Akira stands there, with Kettlr resting in the backpack behind. No words. No turning back. As if leaving something behind with the rain that has just passed.

This piece reflects a fragment of life once lived in Taiwan, a time without any defining event, yet one that lingers deeper than expected. Sometimes, the rain doesn’t bring anything at all. It only makes you realize… something is no longer the same.

ช่วงเวลาหลังฝนตกที่ทุกอย่างดูเงียบลง ถนนยังเปียก แสงไฟสะท้อนยาวออกไปไกล เหมือนเมืองยังคงเคลื่อนไหว แต่บางอย่างข้างในกลับหยุดนิ่ง อากิระยืนอยู่ตรงนั้น โดยมี Kettlr อยู่ในเป้ด้านหลัง ไม่พูด ไม่หันกลับ เหมือนกำลังทิ้งบางอย่างไว้กับสายฝนที่เพิ่งผ่านไป

ภาพนี้สะท้อนช่วงเวลาหนึ่งของการใช้ชีวิตในไต้หวัน ช่วงเวลาที่ไม่ได้มีเหตุการณ์ชัดเจน แต่กลับทิ้งความรู้สึกบางอย่างไว้ลึกกว่าที่คิด บางครั้งฝนก็ไม่ได้พาอะไรมา แค่ทำให้เรารู้ว่าอะไรบางอย่าง…ไม่เหมือนเดิมอีกแล้ว
